Debatify allows users to participate in debates by sending public messages. The application is recreational and should not be considered professional advice.

All published content is the responsibility of the user. Illegal, offensive content, or personal data without consent must not be shared. The Developer is not responsible for user content or interactions.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

The Developer is not responsible for any damage, loss, or harm arising from the use of Debatify.

The user expressly waives their right to initiate, participate in, or be part of a class action against the Developer.

5. Payment Features and Ads

Debatify includes subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ads managed by Google Play. The Developer is not responsible for their operation.

6. Analytics and Usage Data

Debatify collects technical usage data for statistical purposes via Firebase Analytics. No personally identifiable data is collected without explicit consent.

7. Service Modifications

The Developer may modify or suspend the service or these Terms without prior notice. Continued use implies acceptance of changes.

8. Minimum Age

Use of Debatify is strictly limited to persons over 18 years of age.

9. Limitation of Economic Liability

In no case shall the Developer be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Debatify.
